I'm Kiran, founder of Flourish HR & Coaching and, after more than three decades working  in HR roles, I launched this consultancy with one goal: to help businesses and people flourish.

Throughout my career, in hospitality and early years childcare, I’ve seen the positive impact on business when people feel supported, heard, and empowered. I’ve also seen the challenges leaders face when trying to juggle business demands with the complexities of people management.  That’s why I now partner with small and scaling businesses to take the stress out of HR, develop confident managers, and create workplaces where people genuinely thrive.
